Chest 81-86cm (32-34 in)
Knitted measurements approx: chest 84cm (33in), length 51cm (20in)
You will need: 16 x 50g balls
Size Two
Chest 92-97cm (36-38in)
Knitted measurements approx: chest 100cm (39½in), length 53 cm (21in)
You will need: 18 x 50g balls
Size Three
Chest 102-107cm (40-42in)
Knitted measurements approx: chest 116cm (45½in), length 57cm (22in)
You will need: 20 x 50g balls
*50g ball = 113m/124 yds
Yarn amounts are based on average requirements and are approximate. You may wish to order an extra ball/skein to be sure you have sufficient yarn.
Materials Required:
One pair of 3¾mm (US5) straight needles
A cable needle and a tapestry needle for sewing up
Row counters and stitch markers.
Tension:
27.5 sts x 30 rows to 10 x 10cm (4 x 4in) worked in cable and rib pattern using 3¾mm (US 5) needles.
Equivalent in st st 22 sts x 18 rows using 3¾mm (US 5) needles.
