1 pair of 3mm (UK 11/US 2-3)  and 1 pair of 4mm (UK 8/US 6) knitting needles

A  set of 3mm (UK 11/US 2-3), double pointed or short circular needles for neckband, 

A Cable needle, Stitch markers and holders
